At Safe Adventures & Expeditions, these Terms and Conditions govern every aspect of your safari booking. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip. These policies ensure clarity, protection, and a smooth experience for both you and our team.

1. Terms and Conditions: Booking and Payments

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to departure.

  • Bookings made less than 15 days before departure must be paid in full upon confirmation.

  • All payments must be made directly to the company’s official account.

  • Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

  • These Terms and Conditions help ensure financial transparency and secure payment procedures.

2. Terms and Conditions: Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Rescheduling or transferring bookings is possible based on availability.

  • All change requests must be submitted at least 21 days before travel.

  • Amendments are subject to availability and may result in price changes due to seasonal rates.

  • We may update itineraries or accommodation to maintain quality and safety.

4. Terms and Conditions: Travel Documents and Health

  • Passports must be valid for 6+ months after the return date.

  • Travelers are responsible for securing the appropriate visas.

  • Consult a travel clinic for vaccinations and health precautions.

  • Visit the World Health Organization (WHO) for up-to-date health guidelines.

5. Terms and Conditions: Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are governed by Kenyan law.

  • Any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.

  • All third-party bookings are subject to their own terms and conditions.

  • We are not liable for injuries, delays, or loss caused by external operators beyond their agreed liability limits.

Your safety is our top priority. While all adventure activitiesβ€”such as game drives, trekking, or boatingβ€”carry inherent risks, we work only with licensed and trusted providers to uphold the highest safety standards.

  • Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary.

  • Guests must ensure that their travel insurance policy covers adventure-related activities, including any specific excursions they plan to join.

  • Our team provides comprehensive safety briefings and is always available to answer any concerns prior to participation.

  • Wildlife follows natural patterns and cannot be guaranteed, but every effort is made to provide memorable and rewarding encounters.

  • Safaris continue in most weather conditions, as many incredible moments happen even during unexpected weather changes.

  • While refunds are not issued for specific sightings or weather variations, our team is committed to delivering a rich and fulfilling safari experience regardless of conditions.
