Itinerary
Day 1: Naro Moru to Old Moses Camp (2200m β 3300m) | 9 km | 3-4 hrs
Start with a drive to Sirimon gate, then trek through hardwood forest, crossing the equator before camping at Old Moses.
Day 2: Old Moses Camp to Shipton Camp (3300m β 4200m) | 13.5 km | 7-8 hrs
Traverse alpine moorland, cross streams, and reach Shipton Camp after lunch near Shiptonβs Cave.
Day 3: Acclimatization Day – Day Hike to Hausberg Col (4200m β 4590m) | 2-4 km | 2-4 hrs
Optional hike up to Hausberg Col with spectacular views before returning to Shipton Camp.

Day 4: Night Ascent to Point Lenana Summit and Descent (4200m β 4985m β 3050m) | 18 km | 11-13 hrs
Begin the night ascent under starlight, reach the summit for sunrise, then descend via Austrian Hut to Mackinderβs Camp and Met Station.
Day 5: Descent to Naro Moru Gate and Return to Town (3050m β 2200m) | 10 km | 2-3 hrs
Descend through forest back to Naro Moru gate for transfer to town or Nairobi.
